BAE Employee Association (EA) dates back decades!

The association is open to past and present employees of BAE Systems
and is a fantastic way to keep in touch with former colleagues.

Each year, the EA hosts a summer day trip and a Christmas party, enabling members
to catch up with friends from BAE.

In 2016 the employee association was relaunched and the group will be offering
a range of other benefits to members including discounts to events,
talks off guest speakers, trips to the shop floor and more.

This association has been running since the 1950's and is traditionally
Warton and Samlesbury-focused.

As the business has changed over the years we have expanded to include
Shared Services and others in the North West. The BAE Employee Association
(formerly retired employee’s association) is run by people from the Warton Unit sites
and is sponsored by a director from MAI.

We would welcome anyone from any site to join - and would be happy to work
with other BAE associations.
